A - Award-Winning

For his over-twenty-five years of service to the Atlanta community (through his involvement with the Courthouse Line musical-theater series), on May 22, 2025, Kevin was awarded the Atlanta Bar Association’s highest service honor — the Charles E. Watkins Jr. Award. The award recognizes an attorney who has demonstrated distinctive and sustained service to the Atlanta Bar Association and the legal profession.

In 2024 Kevin co-wrote and directed A Courthouse Line XIII: Nightmare on 14th Street, an original all-lawyer musical theater production that raised more money for the Atlanta Bar Foundation (the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association) than any Courthouse Line show since the series’ inception in 1999. Kevin looks forward to continuing his service to the Bar and to the community through his co-directing, writing, and performance work in the next show, A Courthouse Line XVI: Law of Ages, slated for November 2026.
